Braising, Roasting and Slow Cooking
Imagine this – a big roast of chuck has been seared off, seasoned and placed in a roasting pan with mountains of chopped onions, garlic, carrots and potatoes. It’s been roasting low and slow for hours and the whole house is perfumed with the smell of this hearty meal. It couldn’t be easier to wow a crowd than with this amazing meal.
